REFUND POLICY
BOTTLE BREAKAGES
We take care to ensure that all of our bottles are packed safely and securely using appropriate packaging. However, if your order is broken on arrival, please contact us at the email below within 24 hours, so we can resolve it straight away for you.
RETURNS
We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on unworn/unopened items within 14 days - with a valid receipt or despatch confirmation note. Please contact us at the email below for return details. Return postage and costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you have lost your receipt we can exchange items at the current selling price only. All refunds will be via the original payment method.
FAULTY ITEMS
Please check all items immediately upon receipt. If for any reason you’re not 100% happy, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. If your clothing item develops a fault within 30 days of purchase please contact us at the email below.
